We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase from StarSunGlasses.com but if you experience any problems please contact our customer service here.

30 days money back guarantee: A product may be returned if you are not satisfied with your purchase, PROVIDED THE RETURNED PRODUCT IS IN NEW, UNUSED, AND UNWORN CONDITION. Please return the unused, item with all warranty papers etc, in it's original condition within 30 days for a refund, shipping excluded. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. All products are marked with a "Security Tag" and a nylon string, do not remove the tag or the nylon string until you have inspected the glasses and decided to keep them! Under no circumstances will a return/refund/exchange/claim be accepted if the security card and the nylon string has been cut.


Special orders: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item with all warranty papers etc, in it's original condition within 30 days for a refund, shipping excluded. All returns are subject to 30% restocking fee.

Exchanges: If you wish to return an item in exchange for another, please click here. Please note that it takes 10-21 days from receipt of your return to process your exchange.

Returning a gift? We can either refund to the credit card holder or we an issue you a gift certificate for the amount of the purchase.

Return Merchandise Authorization: You must contact us to request RMA# and return instructions. To obtain a Return Authorization Number click here for refunds or click here for exchanges.

Credit: Here in StarSunGlasses.com, we will notify the customer via e mail once the items are received.Please allow 10-30 days for the credit to be given. Every credit cards has different posting cycles; please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit appear on your statement, refund shall be made in the same manner the original purchase was made. For example, the refund will be a issued back to your credit card if the original purchase was by credit card. Company check will be issued if order was purchased with a money order.

NOTE:
All packages must be sent postage prepaid, UPS prepaid or Federal Express prepaid and insured for the full purchase price of the product. StarSunGlasses.com is not responsible for any product returned that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

Cancellations
We will be happy to modify or cancel your order up until the shipping procedure is completed and the product has actually left our warehouse.

Important Notice
If your order has been damaged during transport you should claim this directly to the carrier, for instance UPS or your local Post Office if you chose shipment by US Mail.
